Jennifer Douglas Hillier from the Write Start Literacy Program in Fox Creek and I – Marilyn Visser from the Taber & District Community Adult Learning Association would like to invite your community to enter the Provincial Challenge to see which literacy area will log the most time reading on September 8.

Here’s how it works, advertise ILD in your community and ask everyone to read and record their minutes of reading for that day and send it to you. Emphasize that reading anything counts. Get businesses and schools involved by making a contest for them.

Literacy Alberta will announce the provincial winner on September 21.
