Are you?
19 years and older? Can commit to a full time 5 day/week program? Have an interest in exploring
training and/or job opportunities in the food services sector?

Students will come away from the class with a personalized action plan, experience in an authentic kitchen setting, and course work which will set them on a path to further education or
employment.

Participants will learn or extend their knowledge about basic culinary skills including basic recipes and ingredients, safety and nutrition and working in an authentic kitchen. As well as literacy skills such as reading, communications and numeracy.
